Chorizo is a spicy pork sausage popular in Latin cultures. Our chorizo is seasoned to perfection with garlic, herbs, and just the right amount of dried chile pepper. For a quick meal, we love to make "juevos con chorizo". Simply brown up a pound of chorizo (we use a cast iron skillet oiled with a bit of our Black Boar Farms lard) and then add six beaten eggs directly to the skillet. Scramble, add cheese (if desired) and serve on warm flour or corn tortillas. A delicious meal ready in 10 minutes or less. Two one-pound packs per order.
