Fire up the grill for our delicious St. Louis style spare ribs. For those unfamiliar with rib cuts, spare ribs are taken from the underside of the rib cage, as opposed baby backs, which are taken from the spine. Spare ribs contain more meat, compared to baby backs, and have slightly more fat, which gives them a lot of flavor. Our spare ribs are cut St. Louis style, meaning that they have the breastbone removed. This gives them a flat, rectangular shape that is perfect for grilling. Brush with your favorite sauce, or rub, and you've got the fixin's for an awesome meal. One whole rack, approximately 3lbs.
